Kevin and Karen chose to have their wedding ceremony iSt. Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon. With their wedding reception afterwards The Radisson Hotel, Sligo

The bride, Karen and her bridesmaids, got their hair and makeup done by Caroline Loughlin in The Beauty Rooms, Ballyshannon. The girls were in the salon from early that morning. Meanwhile, Kevin, the groom, along with his groomsmen, got into their suit’s in the Radisson Blu, Sligo.

Fr Pat McGarvey was the officiant that oversaw the marriage ceremony. After exchanging their vow and wedding rings, they signed the register, Karen and Kevin made their way down the aisle. They were congratulated at the church door by their friends and family.

Mullaghmore was the first location for the wedding photos. There was time for a quick stop in a pub in Grange for some hot whiskeys to warm everyone up. We also got some photos on the way to the hotel with Benbulben in the background.

The newly married couple arrived at The Radisson Blu wedding venue in a white vintage wedding car. The wedding team from the hotel as well as some of their guests were there to greet the couple. There was a drinks reception for the guests as they waited to be called for the wedding dinner.

After the speeches and meal, Kevin and Karen cut their wedding cake. It was then upto the brilliant Rockhill Ramblers wedding band to keep the guests entertained for the rest of the night. For the couples first dance the band got all the guests in a circle around the dance floor.
