A slideshow from Mary and John’s wedding day in the Mill Park hotel, Donegal Town.

Mary and John went ahead with their wedding despite the Covid 19 restrictions. They decided to have their wedding ceremony in Saint Mary’s Church, Killybegs with the reception afterwards in the Mill Park hotel, outside Donegal Town.

Mary and her bridesmaids got her hair and makeup in the home house looking over Killybegs harbour. Carmel from the beauty Rooms in Ardara was there from early that morning to do the girls’ makeup.

John, the groom, and his groomsmens got into their suits on the other side of town. They even had time for a quick pint of Guinness before they went to the church.

Mary and her father arrived at the church in a beautiful Merecdes wedding car.

Fr. Colm O’Gailchoir  was the officiant that oversaw the marriage ceremony. After exchanging their rings and making their way back down the aisle where they were congratulated by their friends and family.

Fintra Beach and Salthill Gardens were the locations that were used for the bridal portraits.

There was a drinks reception in the foyer of the Mill Park for the guests as they waited for the newly married couple to arrive.

After the meal and speeches Mary and John cut their wedding cake. We had time to spare as the band was setting up so we got a few nightime photos by the hotel’s pond.

It was then up to the HiFi wedding band to entertain the guests for the rest of the night.
