Lough Eske Castle | Kelly & Cormac | Wedding Photographer

A selection of photos from Kelly and Cormac’s wedding day in the beautiful Lough Eske Castle, just outside Donegal Town.
Kelly, the soon bride to be, her bridesmaids, bridesman and her mother Breda all had their hair and makeup done in the couples house that morning. Colour Me bootiful was on hand to help with the bridal makeup.
Cormac and his groomsmen got into their suits in his parents house in Fanad. Instead of the usual beers that morning, there were a few bottles of Donegal’s finest, McDaids football special handed out. We got a few family photos overlooking Mulroy Bay before the boys headed off towards the church in Milford.
Kelly was helped into her beautiful wedding dress by her mother and as she came down the stairs her father and grandfather were waiting anxiously to see her. The wedding ceremony was in St. Peters church, Milford, and Fr. Brendan Ward was the officiant of the marriage.
After exchanging their wedding rings the newly wed couple were congratulated by their families and friends at the church door. As Kelly and Cormac left the church the guests threw confetti over the couple as they passed by.
Barnesmore Gap was the location for the wedding photos, a beautiful place where the river runs under an old bridge. There was a drinks reception in Lough Eske Castle for all the guests as the couple were getting their photos done. After the meal and speeches were finished we headed into the Bluestack mountains for some photos as the sun was starting to set.
