Love, laughter, and happiness radiated through the picturesque village of Mountcharles as Lisa and Stephen embarked on the most significant journey of their lives – their wedding day. The air was filled with excitement as friends and family gathered to witness their union.

The Preparations

The morning of the wedding began with a flurry of excitement at Lisa’s childhood home in Mountcharles. As the sun began to cast its warm glow over the rolling hills, Lisa prepared for her big day in the familiarity of her own space. The talented Frances Norrby, a local hairstylist, worked her magic on the bridesmaids’ hair. Creating elegant and intricate styles that perfectly complemented the bridal theme.

To complete the bridal transformation, Marcella McGovern, a makeup artist with a flair for enhancing natural beauty.

Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen were preparing for the day’s events in the luxurious setting of Harvey’s Point. This 4 star hotel nestled on the shores of Lough Eske. With a view that captured the essence of Ireland’s tranquil beauty, Stephen and his groomsmen readied themselves for the momentous occasion.

The Ceremony

As the guests gathered at the Sacred Heart Church in Mountcharles for the wedding ceremony. Fr. Seamus Dagens, with his warm presence and comforting words, officiated the ceremony. With the exchange of vows, rings, and glances, Lisa and Stephen’s story unfolded before their guests.

After the vows were exchanged and the marriage ceremony the newlyweds emerged from the church where they were congratulated by their guests.

The celebration continued in the elegant Harvey’s Point Hotel, where the reception took place against the stunning backdrop of Lough Eske. The pièce de résistance was the wedding cake crafted by Cove Cake Design. A true work of art, the cake dazzled with its intricate details. Made by Lisa’s sister in Law, Suzanne Brady.

The Evening

As the sun began to set over Lough Eske, it was time for the evening’s entertainment. A Few Good Men, a band known for their captivating performances. They took the stage and filled the air with melodious tunes that got everyone on their feet.
