Dawn and John’s wedding at Harvey’s Point, located in the picturesque setting of Lough Eske, Co Donegal, was a truly magical day filled with love, joy, and cherished memories. The couple had planned every detail meticulously, ensuring that their special day would be nothing short of perfection.
The wedding day began at Dawn’s father’s house, where the bride-to-be prepared for her momentous occasion. With the talented Kerry Harvey taking charge of the makeup, Dawn radiated beauty and elegance. Frances Norrby worked her magic on the hairstyles, creating stunning looks for Dawn and her bridal party.
Meanwhile, John and his groomsmen were getting ready at Harvey’s Point, slipping into their sleek black tuxedos. They even had time for a quick pint of Guinness, before heading to the church.
As the time for the ceremony drew near, the wedding party made their way to St Agatha’s Church in Clar. Fr Willie Peoples officiated the sacred union of Dawn and John, joining them together in matrimony. Surrounded by their loved ones, the couple exchanged vows, promising to cherish and support one another throughout their lives.
After the heartfelt ceremony, the celebration continued at Harvey’s Point. The wedding party returned to the beautiful lakeside venue, where an enchanting outdoor drinks reception awaited them. Against the backdrop of the serene Lough Eske, guests mingled, sipped on refreshing cocktails, and basked in the joyous atmosphere of the day.
Following the drinks reception, it was time for the speeches. Harvey’s Point, renowned for its exceptional cuisine, presented a delectable feast for the guests.
