In the heart of the mystical landscapes of County Donegal, Laura and Marcus’s fairytale wedding at the breathtaking Orangery of Glenveagh Castle.
The Morning Preparations
The day began at Laura’s parents house , just outside Letterkenny. Laura and her bridesmaids prepared for the momentous occasion. Megan Laird, a talented artist, worked her magic. Creating stunning hairstyles and flawless makeup for the bride and her bridal party.
Laura arrived at the castle, escorted by her father in his vintage Saab car. The classic car added a timeless and sentimental touch to the day.
The ceremony itself was a dreamlike affair, set against the backdrop of the castle’s regal charm and the natural beauty of the Orangery. Laura and Marcus exchanged vows, surrounded by the lush greenery and the historic allure of Glenveagh Castle.
The magic continued to unfold as the newlyweds ventured into the majestic landscapes of the Poisoned Glen and Dunlewey Church for their wedding photos. The rugged beauty of the Poisoned Glen provided a dramatic setting for their wedding photographs.The quaint charm of Dunlewey Church was also used as a backdrop for some photos.
The Wedding Reception
As the day turned into night, the celebration moved to the exquisite An Chuirt Hotel for the wedding reception. The hotel’s ambiance provided a perfect setting for an evening of fun. The Yetis wedding band was the evening entertainment. The dance floor became a stage for Laura and Marcus to share their first dance as a married couple.
