Niamh and Christopher’s wedding day in the Mill Park hotel, Donegal Town.

Niamh and Christopher’s wedding day was an exquisite celebration of love and joy, held in the charming Saint Mary’s Church, Convoy. The couple, surrounded by their nearest and dearest, exchanged their vows in a heartfelt ceremony, which was solemnised by both Fr Eamonn Kelly and Fr Pat Schoenauer, lending a spiritual touch to the auspicious occasion.

The Preparations

Niamh and her radiant bridesmaids prepared for the day in her childhood home. The talented Niamh Frain skillfully enhanced the natural beauty of the bridesmaids through her masterful makeup artistry. Kirsty Laird crafted elegant hairstyles that perfectly complemented the bridal gowns.

Meanwhile, Christopher and his groomsmen got ready in his family’s residence, located just a short distance away from the bridesmaids’ preparations. The boys adorned themselves in their black suits.

The Ceremony

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their bridal party made their way towards  Donegal Town. Making a delightful stop amidst the stunning beauty of Barnesmore Gap for some bridal photos. The breathtaking landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for the photos.

As the celebration continued, the procession made a delightful detour to Biddy’s O’Barnes, where they indulged in a quick drink before proceeding to the splendid Mill Park hotel. There, guests were warmly welcomed, and a delightful drinks reception awaited.

The Evening Entertainment

The evening’s festivities were elevated to an enchanting level as the Entertainment band, The Engagements, took the stage. Their music entices guests to dance the night away.

The precious memories of the day were expertly captured by the talented videographer, Cathal Doherty.
