Caoimhe and Eoin’s wedding day. They got married in Argaghey Church with their wedding reception in the Mill Park hotel. One of best Wild Atlantic Way wedding venues.
Caoimhe and Eoin’s momentous wedding day unfolded amidst the picturesque charm of County Donegal. The joyous occasion saw them exchange vows at the elegant Ardaghey Church, followed by a delightful reception at the Mill Park Hotel. This wedding venue is situated on the fringes of charming Donegal Town.
The Preparations
In her parents home , just a stone’s throw away from the quaint church, Caoimhe prepared to embark on her journey into matrimony. The skilled hands of Kerry Harveys artfully adorned the faces of the bridal party, enhancing their natural beauty. Meanwhile, the deft touch of Jillian Boylan from Allure wove intricate hairstyles, adding a touch of enchantment to the day’s style.
Eoin, accompanied by his family and groomsmen, readied himself at the welcoming embrace of the Verve Lodge in Mountcharles. Clad in dapper navy suits which they got in Monza Menswear, Swords, Co Dublin.
The Wedding Ceremony
The enchantment of the day was palpable as Caoimhe,, graced the silver Mercedes chauffeured by Michael Gallagher. Accompanied by her father, on the short journey to the church. Fr. James Sweeney presided over the sacred ceremony, bestowing blessings upon the couple as they embarked on this new chapter of life.
The newlyweds ventured back to Caoimhe’s homestead for the family photographs. Another stop graced the expansive pier at Mountcharles. The breathtaking view of Donegal Bay and the majestic Benbulben mountain served as a fitting backdrop for the photos.
The Wedding Reception
As guests enjoyed a drinks reception at the Mill Park Hotel, a convivial atmosphere enveloped the space. A prelude to the grand entrance of the bride and groom, drinks flowed, and laughter resonated, setting the tone for a night of celebration. After the meal, the speeches and the ceremonial cutting of the cake , it was into the evening entertainment.
The Electric Circus wedding band took to the stage for the evening entertainment. The dance floor filled with guests dancing and celebrating well into the night.
