A selection of photos from Jackie and Michelle’s wedding day in Boyne Hill House, Navan, Co Meath.
Michelle and Jackie decided to have their wedding ceremony and reception in the beautiful Boyne Hill House. A beautiful wedding venue in the royal county, Meath. Set in 38 acres of pretty gardens and parklands, the sweeping tree-lined driveway leads to an elegant Georgian Manor House dating from the 18th Century.
Michelle and Jackie and their bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done together in the basement of the Manor house. Make-up artist Ellie Murphy was there from early that morning to do the girls’ makeup. Hair Stylist, Sarah Boyle was there to do the hairstyles.
They got into their dresses in different rooms. Jackie was first down the aisle with her parents, Eddie and Sarah. Michelle followed behind her with her parents, Mossie and Anne.
They had their ceremony in the walled garden. Even a summer shower of rain couldn’t dampen everyone’s spirits. The booklets were even used as a way of protecting the important hair styles. Miriam Fitzgerald was the officiant that oversaw the marriage ceremony. After exchanging their wedding rings, they signed the register.
As the guests were enjoying the music, we got some bridal photos in the grounds of the hotel.
After the meal and speeches Jackie and Michelle cut their wedding cake. While the band was setting up we went out to the garden to get some photos as the sun was setting behind the mountains.
Late Nite Radio were absolutely excellent and they performed for the evening reception and the dance-floor never stopped hopping with the big crowd partying away into the night.
